Mark Cramer is a Florida licensed contractor who operates a building and home inspection firm serving the Tampa Bay area. His primary business is building and home inspection for individuals purchasing existing Tampa area homes and commercial buildings. He also performs progress inspections for Tampa Bay area new construction and serves as an expert witness in legal cases involving construction and Tampa home inspection. Mark has more than 15 years experience as a Tampa home inspector.

Mark is the managing instructor at ITAs Tampa home inspection training school. He has thousands of hours experience training home inspectors in classroom and seminar settings.

Mark has appeared in numerous interviews on TV, radio and in print media. Hes held numerous positions within ASHI, serving as chair of several national committees and National Secretary, Vice President, and National President. Hes received ASHIs Monohan Award and Presidents Award.

Performs new construction inspections for individual building homes. Interact with builders and municipal building departments re: building code compliance.

1985 to 1995: Renovated and sold single-family homes. Construction and carpentry contractor.

Serves as expert witness in legal cases involving construction defects and home inspection.

Performs quality control inspections for high-end home builder.
